Paychecker provides invoice management and payment reminder tools. This policy explains what information we process and why.

Information we process

We process account details such as name, email, organization settings, authentication data, and technical logs. Users may also enter invoice and recipient information including names, email addresses, amounts, descriptions, due dates, payment links, statuses, and reminder history.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts, invoices, reminders, authentication, security, troubleshooting, service improvement, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information or independently market to invoice recipients.

Service providers

We may use Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. Providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Reminder responsibility

Paychecker sends or schedules messages at a user's request. Users are responsible for the accuracy of invoices, recipient details, lawful contact, and the underlying commercial relationship.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the beta service, maintain history, resolve disputes, and comply with law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Contact us to make a request.

Features and data practices may change during beta. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
