Terms of Service / Beta Terms

By creating an account or using Paychecker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Beta service

Paychecker is under development. Features may change, be incomplete, or become unavailable. Keep independent copies of important invoice and business records.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and activity under your account. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Paychecker the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and operate the Service.

Invoices and reminders

You are solely responsible for invoice accuracy, recipient information, lawful contact, payment links, and the underlying debt or commercial relationship. Paychecker does not verify debts, act as a debt collector, or guarantee delivery or payment.

Prohibited use

You may not use Paychecker for fraud, phishing, unlawful spam, harassment, deceptive or fraudulent invoices, unauthorized access, malware, or illegal debt collection.

Third-party services

The Service may rely on Supabase, Resend, Vercel, and other providers. Outages or failures outside our reasonable control may affect the Service.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, technical reasons, or beta changes. We may update these Terms as the Service develops.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paychecker is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, delivery, or payment. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
